TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking little Events by kelly LLC you agree to the below terms and conditions.

HOST REQUIREMENTS

Host must be present at location of event at agreed timeframe.

Host agrees if a party attendee is not feeling well, they may not use our services. Due to the nature of business we do not allow any sickness, cold, flu to be present during service. 

​

Host agrees to remind guests to bring their own pillow due to sanitary reasons.

​

Each indoor tent site requires approximately 78''x36''. Bell tent requires 25' of flat surface and 10' height allowance for set up. All furniture or other items must be moved prior to our arrival to accommodate this space. We do not move any furniture. 

​

All party locations must be smoke free and pets must be kept away from event location. Pets are only allowed to stay in "Pawty Time" tents. 

​

For any picnics held in a public setting other than a home address, at least one guest must stay for entire rental time frame. Picnic tables and décor cannot be left unattended. 

​

Young children must be supervised. Little Events by kelly LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, or allergies resulting from any food, materials, or wearable items. 

PAYMENT

A $100 deposit is due while reserving your date for sleepovers and picnics. A 50% deposit is due while reserving the bell tent. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the party with a final headcount.

DAMAGE

Damage or lost items of little Events by kelly LLC property will result in applicable charges to the client. This includes a full replacement value and delivery to little Events by kelly LLClittle Events by kelly LLC is fully insured.

Damage includes: scratches, holes, rips, tears, burns, grease marks, staining, and any other type of damage that taints the value of property. 

​

No slime, nail polish, markers, open flames, or paint are allowed in tents or near rugs. 

​​

Food and drink consumed at tray tables only. Please wash hands before returning back into the tent.

CANCELLATION

If you must cancel or reschedule your event, we require a 7 day notice.

​

If a guest does not show once the final payment has been received, a refund is not provided.

​

Picnics must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date due to weather related circumstances.


Rescheduled parties must be taken within 3 months from original date.

RENTAL PERIOD

Rental time is a maximum of 24 hours for sleepovers and 2-4 hours for picnics.
